“People are our greatest asset” is a cliché. We don’t like clichés. But this one, we are keeping; simply because it’s our truth.
Consider this:
- In our strategy, the People Factor is the first pillar. Client Factor and Discipline Factor only follow. Logically so. They are only possible if the People Factor works.
- The essence of the Client Factor is relationships. These are relationships that our people form with clients.
- The essence of the Discipline Factor is focus and perfecting what we can be best in the world at. “Best in the world at” can only be through our people, not technology or any other factor that others can replicate.
There is no better attestation that, in our business, people are the owners of mission and thus, success.
